At New York Window Tinting, we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality window film installations for every residential and commercial client. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a service.

Deposits: All deposits paid to secure a scheduled installation appointment are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your project and confirm your commitment to the scheduled service date.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (917) 970-9070 or emailing info@windowtintingnewyorkcity.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Completed Installations: Due to the custom nature of window film installation services, refunds are not offered once an installation has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with the result of your installation, please contact us within 7 days of your service date and we will work with you to address any concerns.

Defective Materials: In the rare event that a window film product is found to be defective, we will replace the affected film at no additional charge in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Labor costs for warranty-covered replacements are covered by New York Window Tinting.

Warranty: All installations by New York Window Tinting come with a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and discoloration under normal use. Warranty claims do not qualify for cash refunds but will be resolved through film replacement.
